Genuine & trustworthy

Fantastic service

Popped in to take a look at a Honda Civic and decided to take it for a test drive the following day which they catered for without any drama, fantastic car, immaculately clean inside and out and very informative, and helpful owners. They put it through an MOT that afternoon for me and I was driving home in it before the end of the day. Nice to know they offer a cheaper service rate for customers too so will be going back in the future for that.

Amazing Service and car

Absolutely amazing service from the brothers at First For Cars. They both went above and beyond to ensure that we didn't feel pressured into purchasing a car from them. We weren't rushed and our concerns from previous bad experiences with a dodgy dealer were listened to. The Toyota that we purchased yesterday is immaculate and runs like a dream. The whole experience was a pleasure. We will definitely be contacting First For Cars for any future vehicles we may require. Many dealers could learn from these 2 men. Thank you to you both.

Great service, couldn't have done any better.

Excellent service from 1st for cars..we couldn't find anywhere to park but they both jumped in cars and moved them around to make room for us. Very friendly, explained everything about the car and took us out on a test drive. Couldn't have asked for better service, they got my new car serviced and cleaned the next day so I could collect it promptly. I was late getting there to collect the car but they waited for us with no negative comments. Totally happy with the whole experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Superb Customer Service

One of the best customer services we experienced. Both brothers were friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable. The car we bought from them is in excellent condition both performance and cleaning condition. Overall, a great service, we will definitely buy from them again, highly recommend them.

Great customer service always

Have bought two cars over a period of many years from these guys. Always an amazingly positive experience as a customer... I can't believe I used to waste so much money at main dealers before this. Have done a great job taking the business forward from its previous incarnation after the previous MD retired. The main thing: at least in my experience, these guys really get looking after their customers, from fair sale prices to swift booking & diligent work with servicing, going the extra mile, etc. The absolute exact opposite of your typical stereotype of a used car dealer!
